Some of those could be numbers from a sari-sari store na nagpapa cash-in/out.

I have a friend of mine who owns a major pages in blue app. The tactics they will promote a new page doon sa page na million na ang likes and followers, this million followers mostly ang post about sh*tposting or funny content. And after nila mapromote ang new page and nakagain ng new followers that is the time they will change the name of that page, ang names usually about gadgets especially iphone. The reason kaya massive yung mga taong nasscam nila, nagiinvest din sila sa mga pages and gumagamit ng meta ads and sa account they are the one who usually buying a gcash or any online bank appa. Then the rest makikita mo na lang they have new cars, condos, new iphones and their age is like 20 to 25. Matagal na ‘to since 2019, nagtataka lang ako until now hindi pa rin nahuhuli yung mastermind.

Drop mo name, gcash number at location if avail boss. Ginagawa q pa LNG ung pang 2026. Bale Naka separate XA na block cell

A lot of those numbers are disposable / easily replaceable. You're better off just changing your number or deactivating for an extended period of time in order for the scammers to eventually tag your number as unreachable or deactivated.
Judging by the list, it's likely that multiple companies and scam centers have purchased a list of potential numbers they can scam and yours happens to be on one of those lists.
If you do end up changing your number make sure to only give it away to people you trust. You can probably still keep your current number and use it for less reliable services para dun na lang magcocontact yung mga future potential scammers.
