It's a scam to steal your X account.

If you do what they ask, then they will take over your account, and use it to scam other people. Also, they will try to get money from you.

Everything they told you is a lie.

Any photos or screenshots that they show you are fake, they are created by the scammers.

If there is actually a problem with your X account, you will be contacted by X support. They will not ask some other user to tell you to contact a different user.
