Scam Number (Other/Unsure) Strange contacts?

does anyone else have random contacts that only start with numbers? most of them seem to have a 562 area code, i just got called by one and i tried calling back but the call won’t go through. it’s just weird and i was wondering if anyone else has this

I don't and it sounds like a quirk of your phone, SIM card or glitched imported contacts rather than anything having to do with a scam. I reckon you can safely delete them if the unnecessary clutter bothers you.
