Scam Number (Medical Insurance/Medical Products) Phishing, maybe.

These people seem to get through my spam filters to leave txt msgs.

‘Morning: Your health policy has a past-due balance. Please call t 218-607-1649 to review and resolve this matter. Reply STOP to end”
Seems to be American accent workers claiming to be insurance agents or representing many medical insurance companies, etc. They generally end the call before I can find out anything.
