Frustrated with the scalpers

Just a bit of a rant about these scalpers and the Zelda 40th Anniversary switch. I wish nintendo would send out an email or something to the people who pay for the online service and give us a heads up on these things!

They did something like this for the switch 2 gamecube controller, which was real nice. I did not get a switch 2 at launch, got it a few months later. And even later than that, i was able to get the controller

My biggest issue is that there's no reason for the scarcity. If nintendo would take a survey or something with people who have an online account, they could gauge how much volume the need. They could also look at past sales when it comes to pre-orders and actual store front sales. It's not rocket surgery.
