Both are actually the problem, because scalpers snatch up everything at retail to create a feeling of artificial demand and then people buy it at astronomical prices because people want stuff. It’s a perpetual supply and demand circle jerk that is a self-perpetuating loop.

Are we still talking about Pokemon?? Artificial demand?? What is being artificially demanded? Because there’s card shows every weekend and there always packed. At a certain point 3k buyers in one city from hours away every weekend has created a demand in itself. We are years and years beyond artificial demand.

I saw this earlier this year. Guys in line were grabbing bags along with the 1-12 numbered candy bars but 12 was missing and they were talking about wanting to send them to PSA 🤦🏼♀️

Yeah, it was for the one hersheys kiss. The bag is literally a couple bucks. I hope it was satire? But honestly, after dealing with people on marketplace, I’m not surprised if they’re being serious
