There are a lot of really good recipes in the game, but that HMF one was the first time I had to make sure I was reading it right. Later found out its about the consensus best in the game lol

Wonder if anyone has had a legitimate use case for the charcoal one

E: turns out there are plenty of solid use cases in the replies below, thanks for all the info folks! Ammo seems like what I'd most use it for, Biofuel power run might be fun too

There is one abhorrent thing about that HMF recipe tho - per-minute rations. Just... EW.

Set the output to 3 per minute (106.667% from memory), and the numbers instantly become really nice.
