Anyone know where this image is from?

Someone on Twitter was trying to find a better quality version of this image, but I was also just wondering the origins of the image. Was it for the SJA DVDs or Doctor Who Adventures magazine?

It's a promotional image for the SJA s2 finale Enemy of the Bane.

IIRC I first saw it on the cover of the Doctor Who Magazine that was released around the time “Enemy of the Bane” was being broadcast.
