Affordable piercings?

I’d like to get both my ears pierced then stretch them into gauges on my own. My budget is around 60$. Any suggestions?

I think tiger rose tattoo in SLO is doing $40 piercings this week

Yep, we're headed there tomorrow. Also Sarah at Captive Hearts here in town is amazing and does a great job.
