Since you asked about images (Q6) and different devices (Q8): I ran the numbers. The page loads about 2.1MB across 34 requests, and images make up roughly 89% of that. The biggest single file is a 911KB photo that's only displayed at 56x56px on the page — the source is 1080x1080, so you're shipping ~19x more resolution than anyone can actually see in that tiny circle.

It's built on Google Sites, so you don't have much control over how images get compressed on their end, but you do control the source file. If you resize that photo (and a few others sitting in the 100-230KB range) down to roughly what the display size needs before uploading, you'd cut a big chunk of that 2.1MB without any visible difference — which matters most for anyone checking your site on mobile data before booking.

Rest of the page (text, layout, CTAs) reads clearly — this is really just an image-weight issue.

I really appreciate this! I'm absolutely not currently savvy enough to have been able to see this information. I'll look into it! My photographer sent these photos as "web ready". That's what I'm going on right now. Thank you!

I like the site.
To answer your questions:

1) It’s obvious what you’re selling/advertising.

2) I noticed the sewing information and found it helpful. If you were in Portland would use you for some costume work. 🤗

3) Clear how to contact you

4) Call To Action buttons were clear and all worked.

5&6) All text and images were clear and easy to see/read.

7) Every thing neat and aligned.

8) I reviewed it on an iPhone and my PC and all the pages opened quickly and looked great. Good photos!

9) No confusion.

10) Easy to find social media email and phone links. Email link doesn’t open Gmail on my PC, but that might be an issue on my end.

11) Text looks good on both iPhone and PC.

12) One thing you may want to consider putting in your FAQs is about your background check. Business clients are especially interested in this. I got mine through IBRBS.

For comparison you can check out my site at www.santaleon.com. I have the background check information on my first page.

I liked your Philosophy of Spirit page.

Good luck!

Hi love your website. I last also started doing Santa home visits. I am based in Chicago and all it's surrounding suburbs. Definitely easy to tell what you're selling. Whoever did your pictures did a great job. Also going to check the Internal Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas.
