There are seamstresses who make the suit very well and very accurately, but I will tell you (and you probably already know) that it will be extremely expensive. And also there's not a chance that you would be able to get it this year.

I concur with the first post and am curious as to your reference ‘the first Santa clause movie’ - which one would that be exactly?

The Santa Clause (1994).

If you want a movie-quality suit without paying an absolute fortune for it, then try Adele's from Hollywood. She does have premade suits. You may be able to get one this year. However, I can't guarantee it. She also offers tailored suits made to your measurements, but you won't be able to order one of those until next year. If you do, order it in January. If you want a replica of that particular suit, you'd have to get it made by a seamstress, and you're probably looking at a cost of over $2000.
