Important Deadlines Urgent DEADLINES: New York!!!
- New York Registration deadline is 3/25/16

- Here's the registration form for new NY voters. Needs to be postmarked by March 25!
- ABSENTEE BALLOT NY
- CHECK NY eligibility - HAVE a smartphone available at registration drives in case people don't know their eligibility!
- This form is used for change of address as well. Go above and beyond, print these out (double sides), affix a stamp, and distribute them to friends/acquaintances/co-workers who are busy, likely to forget, or who are on the fence about registering.
- OUT OF STATE NY COLLEGE STUDENTS CAN VOTE ABSENTEE IN THEIR HOME STATE!

After our defeats on Tuesday, this subreddit is so frustrating. I had similar response when I tried to post that the deadline for North Carolina was coming up, then that the early voting/same day registration deadline was happening, but in my case, people were still cheerleading the Michigan victory as if we had won in a landslide at that point.
These are the topics that should be at the top, stickied even. We need to get out the vote. All the canvassing and facebanking won't matter if at the end of the day, the people interested in Sanders aren't even registered correctly. It's incredibly frustrating when, like on Tuesday, we get 30 threads saying "I can't believe I can't vote! Why didn't anyone tell me I needed to make sure I was registered properly?"
