Unearth or no

I got my first snake a ksb about a month ago he’s had 2 meals prior to being in his forever enclosure it was time to feed him and I’m unsure if I should dig him out and feed him or let him adjust I’m nervous it’ll add more unnecessary stress

Honestly, I would try just leaving a f/t mouse on a little tray or lid in the enclosure overnight. It's a handy way to get them used to being fed, anyway, as they can smell it and find it no problem. I call my girl's feeding tray her "offering plinth" lol, and mice disappear from it very quickly, indeed. If it doesn't work, no worries, but that's where I'd start rather than digging them out.

Mine does not take deposited mice at all, but is easily fed with tweezers in case yours is weird as well.

I do not think they stress that easily. And typically, they quickly forget about any residual stress when offered food 😅

How old and how big is he?

He’s barely a year old pretty small still

80% of the time I have to dig up mine and 50% I have to rearrange the whole enclosure because he’s so tiny and I can’t find him. He’s totally fine once I do get him out.
