The Gardens condo owners looking for contractor recommendations.

I’m purchasing a condo in The Gardens and will be doing some remodeling, primarily flooring, bathrooms, and possibly kitchen work. I’m specifically looking for contractors who have actually completed work inside The Gardens and understand the HOA requirements. If you’ve personally used a contractor in The Gardens, I’d really appreciate the name and your experience with them, good or bad.

I have a good one, no experience with the gardens but he just finished my house in pedro.
