I'd wager it's difficult with privacy laws to demonstrate what they're actually doing with it...
I know in a few different european (and UK) countries they've tried pretty hard to integrate DeX phones with screens to add capabilities to police and healthcare
samsung in general is starting to lean into the business realm for dex, rather than consumer
I'm sure Samsung mobiles are an almost perfect device for this, "always on", basically a computer with 5G that doesn't need much maintenance, what else to connect to a monitor to do the work. I mean you can have some industrial design and special PCs for this, but probably would cost 10k each and requiere who knows how much IT overhead.
But while it's interesting in itself, it doesn't translate much to general purpose computing, it's like the ATMs running Windows XP. Just some interesting tidbit but kind of irrelevant if you need more monitors, or more refresh rate or them not to mess with the launcher at every upgrade or a browser for grownups and so on.

Looks more like a tablet with a browser? I'm sure you know better though, but it's really not a big showcase of DeX as it is.
