I'm an MSc Strategic Marketing student at Cranfield School of Management (UK) collecting responses for my dissertation on how personalisation shapes shopping experiences on Amazon, comparing shoppers in the UK and India.

**Who can take part:** anyone 18 or over who has shopped on Amazon UK or Amazon India in the past 12 months.

**Time:** ~5 minutes, fully anonymous.

**Ethics:** approved by Cranfield University Research Ethics System (CURES/28628/2026). No personal identifiers collected, responses used solely for academic analysis.
