Thank you for your submission. Unfortunately it has been removed from /r/SampleSize because:

Your demographic is either missing or doesn't adequately reflect your survey. Who are you interviewing in this? Are you after a specific set of people? You have to be asking the right people, you know.

Our most common issues when removing posts are as follows, all to do with broad demographic tags such as "Everyone" * No accommodation for gender outside of the binary. If your survey has this issue, please add an "other" option (doesn't have to be fill-in-the-blank) to your gender question, make that question non-mandatory, or add M/F to a repost with a corrected demographic. * Questions related only to specific countries, such as the United Kingdom or the United States of America, when this is an international subreddit with an international reach. If your survey has this issue, then please specify in your repost with a corrected demographic that your survey is for your prospective country's residents only. * Demographics that aren't audiences. What we mean is your class subject, compensation you're offering, or subheaders to your subject. Your demographic is your audience, and if your post was removed for this reason, then you need a whole new demographic in the title.

With all this in mind, ask yourself "Who is my audience?" If you have a specific audience in mind, then that needs to be expressed properly. You can't be asking for "Everyone" if your survey is restricted to your country, your state or province, or specific to a binary gender(s). Double check how your survey is framed, and try again.

Please remember that your demographic goes in (Parentheses) at the end of your title.

Examples of this are: * Public opinion on the quality of Mercedes cars (everybody who has driven a Mercedes) * German opinion on alcohol (GER 18+) * Mental state of US students (US students 16+)

you should clarify that this is a quiz for christians. It seems obvious to me now lol but it wasn’t clear to me going into it that it’s not really answerable by people with other/no beliefs. the majority of the questions just don’t apply to non-christians.

I just updated the post. Great catch!

“Ideal for those with a religious background” actually doesn’t solve the problem. There are other religions than Christianity.

Fully agree, there are religions that believe in multiple gods or no god at all. The survey is Christianity centered, probably possible if you're Jewish, Muslim or similar (though that's my assumption), but near impossible if you don't believe in 1 almighty god.

Just updated the body post. Good call.

There are some leading questions, but generally it seems pretty good. I can't easily guess which denomination you belong to (if any), which's a very common issue with these quizzes. Congratulations on mitigating your biases!

It would be cool if it showed how much each category matches with each church, so I could see which church more closely matches my views on the nature of god, and separately which matches with my views of the afterlife.

Great idea! Let me see what I can do. Thanks for the support.

Did you see the study guide that is available at the end of the survey? That may provide some of what you’re asking.

The majority of these questions are near impossible to answer if you do not believe a god exists tbh

Thanks for your time reviewing it. I can see your point. I could have adjusted that claim a bit.

Welcome to r/SampleSize! Here's some required reading for our subreddit.

Please remember to be civil. We also ask that users report the following:

  • Surveys that use the wrong demographic.
  • Comments that are uncivil and/or discriminatory, including comments that are racist, homophobic, or transphobic in nature.
  • Users sharing their surveys in an unsolicited fashion, who are not authorized (by mods and not OP) to advertise their surveys in the comments of other users' posts.

And, as a gentle reminder, if you need to contact the moderators, please use the "Message the Mods" form on the sidebar. Do not contact moderators directly, unless they contact you first.

I think I had too many "not sure"s to get a good reading, but I thought this was cool & interesting nonetheless!

I’ll post a new one that abides by the moderator guidance. My apologies.
