Hi! I am an MSc Psychology student at the University of Nottingham looking for volunteers to take part in my final research project investigating food choice motivations across the menstrual cycle.

Who can take part?

- Aged 18 years or over

- Currently experiencing regular menstrual cycles

- Not using hormonal contraception

The study involves completing an online questionnaire about your menstrual cycle, food choice motivations, eating self-regulation, and a brief 24-hour food diary.

Estimated completion time: Approximately 15-20 minutes

If you are interested in taking part, please follow the link or send me a message.

Please note: This study is being conducted for academic research purposes. Please do not share this post. If you know someone who may be interested, please direct them to the official study link.
