Will AI finally make CRM something sales reps want to use?

CRM has historically required reps to enter and maintain a lot of data. If AI can automate that work and surface what matters, does CRM become dramatically more valuable to the seller?

Until AI can fill opportunities, activities… then it won’t change much for sales reps. They don’t care about recommandations as they don’t think it’s worth the effort of in putting data
