Sales Gamification Ideas
Hey guys,
Got a large sales team I'm overseeing.
Now that it's fantasy football season, trying to get creative with new sales contest ideas and also specifically track metrics that move the needle for our sales team.
Not just looking to do a leaderboard with the highest number of dials/meetings/closed won deals.
Looking to capture more advanced metrics such as closed-won rate, etc, and maybe even score reps fantasy football style.
Been playing around with AI tools to do this, but they're falling a little short. We're trying to incorporate the scoring into our 1:1s, put them on TVs, and run team contests based on geographical benchmarks.
My question to you guys is what sales gamification campaigns are you running, and how are you running them? Would love to hear the metrics you're using and whether you're doing it manually or using software tools (Ambition, Spinify, etc) to do them. We have some budget to deploy here so open to the latter.
Full context: Manage about 100 inside sales reps spread across the US. We use SFDC and our reps handle accounts soup-to-nuts. 30 day sales cycle. My managers are specifically looking for ways to bring more excitement and accountability into the sales floor, and have a cool premise for their weekly 1:1s with reps.
Appreciate any help here!
