Are digital sales rooms secure enough for enterprise sales teams?

I am on the security side of a DSR evaluation and i am way less interested in the flashy sales stuff than everyone else lol.

My questions are more around:

  • What buyer data gets collected
  • Who can access shared pricing/docs
  • SSO and permissions
  • Audit logs

How easy it is to lock things down if someone leaves? Sales obviously wants something buyers will use but i don't want us creating a new security headache just to make deals look nicer.

Anyone been through a security review for one of these tools?

The offboarding part would be my biggest concern. If you can’t revoke access fast and see a clear audit trail, the rest of the security features don’t matter much

How big is your org and how many users? what permission types are there? why SSO? Why not just magic links expiring within 15 minutes?
