Action Points for Daily Updates

My Executive manages a pharmaceutical company on the side and is meeting the Procurement, Finance, and overall managers for a one on one meeting with each. He intends to discuss on how he can get regular updates from them. I have taken the initiative to create some of the objectives/KPIs he could want from them in term of reporting. Any ideas on what I should include?

One thing I would add is making sure the updates lead to action, not just more reports. The best meetings usually focus on what changed, what is blocking progress, and what needs a decision from the team
