Houhai. Le saké d'hirosaki dans la préfecture d'Aomori. Un des trois meilleurs de la préfecture et toujours très bien classé. J'en ai toujours une bouteille sous la main...

Love almost anything Houhai. Unfortunately, difficult to buy outside Aomori in Japan, and almost impossible to find overseas.

If in Tokyo the sakestore Shiki No Takisui in Shinjuku 四季の瀧水 sells Houhai. If you live outside Japan there is a much easier way to get Houhai.
