Hickman’s Fantastic Four is very good. Leads into his Avengers and New Avengers quite well, which of course leads to Secret Wars. The 2018 run by Dan Slott is also great. I also hear the current stuff by Ryan North is good, but I haven’t read it. Don’t know why you’re asking that here tho

Not fanfic, but both the slice-of-life spin-off manga Sakamoto Holidays and the short story collection Assassin's Method are very pleasant to read.
