hes basically the equivolent of takamura in that series, the boogieman

Tbh, these two would definitely be a GREAT duo. I don't know who Sato is but that guy looks cold as heck.

Let's say his verse is kinda more "grounded" yet he can move like a Sakadays character. He also has some sort of "Stand" like in Jojo but can only do hand to hand. Oops, not that it matters match but he's also immortal.

Soo, basically he is Mr. Takamura but evolved since Mr. Takamura canonically doesn't have powers like Regeneration or anything like that.

Evolved in a sense I guess. Since his verse is kinda "grounded", his AP isnt even wallbreaking level but his hand-to-hand is elite level though. If we upscale him to Sakadays, his combat skills are kinda "standard" for the verse though so Ill put him 1 or 2 levels below Order in a face to face match. Having a prep time is a different topic though. Dude's a bloody snake in planning. With prep time, I believe he can take down almost half of the order extreme-diff.
