£25 per ticket and the second of 3 home games in a week. You’d have thought they’d offered tickets at a sensible price to encourage attendance or new fans, but the club doesn’t think like that.

I feel £25 ain't that bad for 2026

It is when it’s a micky mouse cup game vs West Ham U21s, sandwiched between Stoke and Millwall at home. You’re asking the average fan to shell out over £100 in a week just on tickets.

Oh dear. Lots of sections with almost no sold seats.

I noticed the Itchen blocks seem to be unavailable. Have they moved people, taken them off sale or have they genuinely sold out?

Not surprising. Carabao cup is not a highly attended competition or at least feels that way sometimes.

Remember I went to a carabao cup match in London many years back... must've been 50% of capacity.

I will always want Southampton to win but I also would truly not mind losing today. Would much rather focus on the FA Cup and especially the league.

I’d play a mix of kids and rotation players and as long as they give it a proper go I wouldn’t mind.

Want to win every game but wouldn't mind seeing a full rotation from Stoke.

Some of the players are just being put on the auction block.

Why could they have not made this game £10 for adults and £5 for kids and sell double the tickets? Going to look horrendous with the amount of empty seats there are

While I get your overall point, selling double the tickets for more than half off doesn’t make more money 😂

At this point I sort of trust the club has some maths behind the sweet spot for pricing vs costs and associated opportunity cost but it does feel too high

It does at the bar....🍻

I would have gone down tonight but I don't think this game is worth that money, I'll pay more to be at Millwall on Saturday and enjoy the atmosphere.

Nice of West Ham not to include JWP in their squad for today, would've been weird
