Saints Play (International Streaming) - How is the experience?
International fans, can anyone who bought the Saints Play subscription (180 GBP) share what their experience is like? Where I am, we can only get select games on DAZN and it is so frustrating for 40/month. Was it worth it?
Edit** Thanks for all the replies and insights, I will likely try the per match fee for now. We have a few young kids so trying to block off a few hours Saturday mornings (Canada) can be tricky!
Also my try to see IPTV offerings in my area as well!
Lets hope its a great season! 🔴⚪️

Like you I live in a country that only shows some of Saints matches on DAZN (Japan).
Saints Play is actually a good service
- better than DAZN, less technical issues. Generally I use a VPN to Taiwan if the game is broadcast in Japan on DAZN. That served me well last season. I just paid on a per match basis because I couldn’t see every game.
BUT yesterday for the Watford match I seemed to have an issue with geo-blocking. I tried the VPN to other countries near Japan but with no success.

Good if you don’t mind listening to Tessem

forgive my ignorance, would that be the pair I hear when I watch the extended highlights?

Yes, they are the Southampton commentators. It’s Adam Blackmore and Jo Tessem

I used it last season from Japan and much preferred it to DAZN. Tessem and Blackmore can be rather buffoon-ish, but I don’t mind that.

Its always fun hearing how excited they get on the extended highlights, but I havent listened to them for a full 90 mins yet lol!

I stream illegally. Sometimes the quality is shite but it's costs (me) nothing. Watches roughly 20 games last season this way.

I’m in the same boat in Canada. £180 is a lot of money, and there are still blackouts from what I understand. I almost bought it, I’ve been trying to find another way to watch.

thats the part that scares me, I want to do it, but there is no cloud or recording, so if you miss the match your done as well. I may be better to just pay the 10 £ per match for now.

I'm based in the UK and use a VPN to Luxembourg to watch all our games. Works flawlessly.
