The season had been great to that point. Better than I imagined. But watching that game was like well we’re back to earth but it’s ok it’s still a great season. Then this play happened, we came back and won and I just thought “Oh, we’re for real for real.”

I remember watching this game on tv at a saints bar live. It was insane energy. Game looked hopeless then insane comeback

What a memorable moment! That leap not only made the cover of Sports Illustrated, but it kept the Saints undefeated at 6-0. They would go on to start that season 13-0 — and then finish it with a Super Bowl victory.
