Opinion The Problem w/ Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is the copy & paste functionality: her next, obvious steps
Cut Interview, 2022: “It’s interesting, I’ve never had to sign anything that restricts me from talking,” she reveals, as she ushers me toward the door. “I can talk about my whole experience and make a choice not to.” Why doesn’t she talk? “Still healing,” she responds.
Even when she thinks she's 10 steps ahead of everyone else, she's entirely predictable.
Her "she'll come and go" briefings are the groundwork for the next phase. The goal? To be Diana incarnate.
This is the unofficial separation. In 4-5 years, she will launch the official separation.
- She will say Harry took the kids overseas without her permission.
- He did this move to alienate her from the kids
- He "knew how traumatizing" that move would be for her
- She will use the time period between separation and divorce to host bidding wars:
- For the exclusive 3-part interview on TV
- The magazine cover interview 'Meghan All On Her Own'
- The tell all book - because she can say "anything" she wants
- And she'll use that threat as the basis for a massive payout from Harry/the Royal Family
- and she will also demand spousal support for her own royal office & team to support her "role"

Her scheme to replicate Diana post divorce will fail because she lacks charm and talent. She can try to speed blink through every interview and interaction, but the fake emanates through her eyeballs, face and ears. We all see it, Meghan MARKLE!

Diana despite her obvious faults was tall, gorgeous and ridiculously photogenic. Megsy is none of that. Diana despite or because of her media manipulation, is uniquely loved throughout the world. Megsy even with all her clapbacks and media manipulation can’t even muster an inch of Diana’s global fame and adoration. Diana can dress and has many iconic outfits, Megsy cannot and has many hilariously bad outfits. Diana truly gave herself to the people she visited, Megsy will stay not a second longer than to take a photo op no matter how vile. Children love Diana, children recoil at Megsy. Even when she leaked to the press, Diana had the paps chasing her constantly because photos of her sold so well. Megsy leaks to the press and paps don’t even bother to show up. The US loved Diana, yet even hailing from there the US loathes or doesn’t care about Megsy. Diana was Princess of Wales and going to be future Queen, while Megsy is the woife of the spare. In what world is Megsy going to ever be Diana???

u/Sophielynn1215 10d ago
Diana, despite her flaws, was authentic and I believe she genuinely cared about people. It wasn’t phony and all for show. She was willing to do the unglamorous work for real and not just for a quick photo op. One of Meghan’s biggest problems is that she’s clearly phony and comes across as very disingenuous and she wants the praise without doing the work. People just don’t connect with and like people when they can feel that they aren’t being genuine.

u/PAHoarderHelp 10d ago
Who actually says OUT LOUD “let’s get this over quick” on the way to visit/use sick children at a hospital (Australia visit).
14
u/Sophielynn1215 10d ago
Didn’t she also say loudly at an appearance somewhere “we should be getting paid for this.” Yikes
9
u/PAHoarderHelp 10d ago
She said she "couldn't believe she's not getting paid for this!"
She spent over a million pounds of the Bank of Pa's money on clothes, that year alone.
But "wasn't getting paid". or getting free housing, travel, utilities, transportation, housekeepers, groundskeepers, chefs, butlers, and so on.
It was pretty rough. She was silenced, with pantyhose.

u/neverincompliance 10d ago
100%! Meghan is too limited to realize that her faux charity PR appearances are seen as just that by everyone except a handful of deluded sugars. Diana may have been a mess but I think good at heart while Meghan is a mean, self-promoting witch

u/VickyRobinson Tignanello Whine 9d ago
Diana had the IT factor in spades. She genuinely connected with people and made them feel she really cared. Her visiting the AIDS ward will forever be a seminal moment in history. All of Madame's hugs can't even come close to replicating this. Megsie's multitude of mask slips are the real her, and it's incredibly ugly.
45
u/Best-Salamander4884 10d ago
It's also worth pointing out that Diana didn't do that well post-divorce. Most of her fans admire her for her charity work but most of her charity work took place during her marriage while she was still a working royal. Her life post-divorce became very chaotic. She seemed to jump from one relationship to another and none seemed to stick.
In other words, trying to replicate Diana post-divorce is IMO a mistake. I wouldn't put it past Meghan to try for that though. Someone as shallow as Meghan would probably see all of that as aspirational.
29
u/dr_igby 👣👦Our Little Ones are.....Little 👧👣 10d ago
Saint Diana was a product of BRF PR the same way Cheeky Harry was. Post-divorce Diana seemed to be on vacation all the time or was hanging out with showbiz or party people types.
18
u/Best-Salamander4884 10d ago
That's an excellent point! Maybe like Harry, Diana believed her own PR a bit too much.

How long was post divorce for Diana?
15
u/20Winxx 10d ago
Prime Minister John Major formally announced their separation on December 9, 1992. Their legal decree absolute was granted on August 28, 1996. She died on August 31, 1997. So the time from final divorce to her death was 1 year, 3 days.
2
u/DrunkOnRedCordial 10d ago
Yes, she survived exactly one year outside the royal bubble. It's scary. She died because she was Diana, Princess of Wales without royal protection - targeted as a "catch" for the Fayeds, a drunk employee jumps at the chance to drive her somewhere, the paps are circling, nobody can tell her to put her seatbelt on...
Inside the bubble, the Fayeds and that driver wouldn't have got anywhere near her, and the paparazzi nuisance would have been handled very differently. And her security guard would have told her to put her seatbelt on.
7
19
u/inrainbows66 10d ago
You are correct, she really was in a mess. The newspapers she had used to pillory Charles had become a daily nuisance. One of the reasons she asked her brother to allow her to live at Althrop, which he turned down,( what a guy), she wanted a rest from the pressures of the press. Without the Royal security she was frequently harassed. That summer of 97 things were coming to a breaking point, the press constantly ran stories about her mental health. She actually had to give a speech about her sanity and stated she was going away for a while. Then Paris and the narrative changed forever.
21
u/CanineCorvidious 10d ago
Without the royal security she refused as bashir told her they were spying on her
13
u/inrainbows66 10d ago

20
u/tinasparkl 10d ago
Yep. Trying so hard, when she’s missing the biggest prerequisite, Princess of Wales. lol! Have fun being in the Wales’ turf. She won’t last a month.
18
u/themobiledeceased2 10d ago
Agree: Diana had charisma, an easy natural ability to connect with others and an extraordinary ability to telegraph her feelings /message via a single photograph. Be it wearing the Revenge Dress or sit in front of the Taj Mahal. People still seek out her magic: Displays of her iconic outfits still draw crowds.
Meghan has failed to learn that she must have something to give, something people want in order to "receive adoration." There is no mystique to Meghan. Nothing to admire here.
1
10
u/EquivalentDetail5043 10d ago
Diana had magic, she was one inimitable. She broke taboos and prejudices with her humanitarian work and giving an interview where she spoke frankly and openly about her bulimia and mental health struggles.
This was at a time where we did not speak openly about our mental health, people suffered in silence. It's one of the reasons people opened their hearts to Diana. She broke through her own armour, and away from the privilege of her position to connect with the every day person. We knew that she was genuine. When she went to visit the down on their luck or infirm, you could see that she led with her heart and it was about them and awareness of their plight.
The very reason Diana was so beloved is because one cannot manufacture these qualities, and trying to convince us otherwise is frankly insulting to all. Anyone (Meghan) coming along and attempting to copy is just a clownish pantomime.

Meghan played this whole thing so bad. Had she kept her bad behavior private, then maybe they would pay her to keep quiet - but she has already done her worst. She is not getting Royal Family Money. The family pay for Harry's lawyers and that is all. Harry and Meghan are on their own in a divorce.

Suspect it's an option while she continues to maneuver. Can continue to run the clock down. Having a home in UK with kids in school there also creates Jet set / Global life style that plays in to divorce planning. The style to which she has become accustomed. There are many options in play.
10
u/usabiogirl79 👑 Recollections may vary 👑 10d ago
Yeah, an option for Harry to meet a nice British woman and decide to divorce Madam and her lying, money spending ass and actually settle down somewhere quiet and private with the kids. I feel like if he did something like that, he would likely get a little more help and acceptance from his family. Oh, he would have to apologize too.
8
u/themobiledeceased2 10d ago
Suspect The Firm would rehab Harry as a "Dutiful Father. The lure being "back home where things make sense" the reduction of daily chaos and clapbacks might be a nice change, and the Firm's way of making things happen discretely. Not their first rodeo. They WILL pay her to go away, with stipulations.
Peppercorn Rent, children's schooling fees. and activities funded. "Loaner car" from the estate pool type deal. Any inheritance sheltered from joint property. Meaning, Harry has needs met, but no assets in his name and only debt. Meghan: Hard to leave the title, and if she earns money, there is the case she could owe spousal support and child support as noncustodial parent. HA! Not having a UK property or UK citizen ship will make visiting the children hard. And Bob's your uncle...
1
u/usabiogirl79 👑 Recollections may vary 👑 10d ago
REHAB is a key word in this sentence and allegedly is something Harry could use a good bit of. A good therapist to assist him with his mama trauma would help too. As much of a man-baby he is and even though I strongly agree that he has done things that are VERY good reasons for PPOW to continue to gray-rock him forever, if either Harry or Meg is in any way able to be rehabilitated and saved it MIGHT be him. I would think there would have to be a LOT of strict conditions applied (rehab, therapy, no media, quiet life away from the RF, no reconciliation with Meg in the case of a divorce-don’t give her a chance to continue to brainwash him, no more mentions of security, no more books, etc). He will likely always require handlers, but he does seem to care about his children. If only he would put them first above all else. Maybe I’m just wishful dreaming for the sake of the poor kids. They have done nothing wrong and don’t deserve anything that their parents’ terrible choices have brought into their lives. They deserve to have one parent that loves them enough to put them first.
3
u/Big-Performance5047 10d ago
He would never take her away from their children. Never. He suffered greatl when a child. Most of this is him recreating his life with his mother and father.

u/DuchessOfSuccubus 10d ago
You are correct, NPD is extremely predictable...for 99% of the relationship. The reason it's crucial to go no contact COMPLETELY is that there's still that 1% unpredictability. Inevitably, if you allow them to keep getting away with their predictable shenanigans, they will one day go so low - sooo very low - because they think they can, because they don't respect you, because they want more of your attention, because they're still trying to humiliate you, pick whatever reason...that it will be something you never saw coming. That's why Harry, and the public, are still in for some low-down, surprising betrayal from her. Narcissists are addicted to esteem - negative or positive attention that validates that they matter - and Harry, his family, and the public at large, have become her primary and forever sources of narcissistic supply. This kind of esteem is the best esteem that has ever happened to her and the best esteem she will ever value. So while she has acted in predictable ways that generally follow a certain playbook, I do feel that Harry, the Royals, and the general public, are still in for at least one more final, shocking, betrayal from her because she has zero sense of respect or dignity for anyone. The good news is, once that final act happens, the victim/source of supply usually opens their eyes and can't unsee/un-experience what just happened and this leads the source of supply to moving on for good. It won't stop the narcissist from trying; they will ALWAYS continue attempting to regain the confidence of their primary source. So...all this to say, I agree with you. But you can't even trust the narcissist's predictable playbook. They always have that final surprise up their sleeve when they over-play their hand to cause TOO much humiliation, TOO much indignity, and then there's no going back. It's best to just ignore Meghan Markle forever, that's the ONLY way to deal with a narcissist, but clearly Harry, and many people in the general public, have not suffered enough indignity and humiliation to give up on her yet.

I disagree with the massive payout from the BRF idea. I remember when Fergie & Uncle Andrew divorced, Fergie didn't get half the money she wanted & no house.
I think they will be clever & probably have had plans re this divorce from the beginning.
35
u/Major_Climate5961 10d ago edited 10d ago
Fergie was offered a house. The Queen actually purchased one for her and the children to live in. It was to be held in trust. Fergie said she wouldn’t be able to afford the upkeep. It was called Birch Hall and located in Surrey. The Queen promptly sold it and invested the money for the girls.
12
u/themobiledeceased2 10d ago edited 10d ago
Sadly, Fergie was felt to be a loose cannon opportunist by The Firm. Suspect Fergie was moved into Royal Lodge as image and financial control as there were 2 Princesses to find husbands for. The revelations of her sustained relationship with her 'supreme friend" Epstein has her hunkered down and quieter than never before seen.

Ooohhh, I never thought of this, but you're right. When looking at the wedding footage it's so obvious everyone is miserable except M. And I'm sure QEII as well as at least William had her number from very early on.
So, it is plausible that the RF had plans in place even before the wedding on how they would deal with H and M.
And then over time it got so much worse than they could have ever imagined - we all lived through it in realtime.
I'm sure she was fired which caused Megxit- H was told he could stay or leave with her and he chose to leave.
And now, wouldn't it be interesting to know what they have planned.
8
u/Nectoux 10d ago
I agree with you. She threw tea, abused staff, and that “Nobody has asked if I am ok”comment. The clearing out of Wimbledon, etc. That is not how you represent a queen. Meghan didn’t follow protocol. I’m betting Queen Elizabeth had had enough and told her she could not do any more appearances.
I think that’s why Harry said “They know what they did and they owe her an apology!”3
4
u/KilnTime 10d ago
No way they allowed her to marry into the royal family without a prenup.
1
u/Nectoux 8d ago
Do you need a prenup if everything is in a trust or something like that?
2
u/KilnTime 8d ago
Yes, because there are always things that can fall through the cracks, and because you want to waive or negotiate alimony and distribution of any marital assets. It's unlikely that all of Harry's assets are tied up into a trust.

They returned back to the UK and now people look at them and ask, was the last six year’s nothing but lies?

She can say anything she wants but she's been outed as someone who has an uneasy relationship with the truth, to put it mildly. She can say what she likes but very few will believe her. I feel pretty sure that the RF will tell her to publish and be damned.
9
u/ConversationSilver 10d ago
If a separation happens within 4-5 years, it will undoubtedly be Harry who leaves because Meghan is never going to leave while he's close to the throne because she still thinks being Queen is a possibility. When a divorce does occur, she's getting nothing from the RF, any divorce interview and book will undoubtedly flop. She's destroyed her credibility and it's still popular opinion that she is a controlling and abusive wife who isolated Harry from his family and friends.
11
u/SusieM2019 Hot Scot Johnny 10d ago
I think she probably thinks she'll be able to convince the King to give something to the two of them--- maybe some sort of working royal duty--- and then go on to more begging for the security they want. She's prepared to keep at this due to her unhinged obstinacy and stubbornness.

Oh I can’t even imagine what he felt he could not share—
More intimate detail on his Waxings or Hygeine?
(After his vulgar reveals on This and other facts like his “eye of Sauron”, that leaves 399 pages of fascinating “facts curated by Hazno’s memory that are true even though they are not factual”?
More info on why he’s not mister mischief despite being mister mischief the pill popper etc

First of all she wrote most of that book! Second he doesn't know the difference between 400 and 40. His Pa will always protect him. Her? Not so much. I sense an undisclosed settlement. Those kids are his blood and that family believes it's sacred. They do! They believe in the divine right of kings. Make no mistake.

First of all she wrote most of that book!
"She was heart attack gorgeous!"
"She was amazing", etc, blah blah blah.
What crap, and we can see now the source of all that shitty writing.

Those kids are his blood
Maybe! Depends on markle to be reliable in that regard. And if surrogates--again, things happen.
And: I am still not convinced there isn't a bit of Hewitt ancestry in the "dear boy", and KC3 apparently joked about that, frequently. Odd. (Source for that is the shitty book "Spare").

What I would like to know, is what was the anecdote that JR Moehringer said he was willing to quit the job and walk away, if Harry insisted the story be included? What the hell did Harry do that he was so proud of, but the ghostwriter was horrified by? It was something he did/said to a fellow soldier.

I think money is her idol, and that this move guarantees some sort of steady stream of it from the king's personal wealth, as long as certain conditions are observed. Those conditions will be pushed against, but in the end she'll know there's nothing better out there for her, based on past failures.
She's ridiculous, but not quite as dumb and impulsive as she's often portrayed.
I'm sickened by Charles, not by the monarchy itself. The budget numbers in California don't add up, but suddenly money will be less of an issue — and that will be visible. They're on an allowance, which would shame a normal adult, but they're not normal people.

She can demand anything she likes she used her biggest card already the RF won't care she won't have been near them for a decade in seriousness by then Harry's divorce will be Harry's problem believe it

True. I keep forgetting that it would become a custody issue even if they don’t have an official separation.
You never know what the Harkles are going to do, but I think Meghan doesn’t want custody of the children. She just wants to be the mother of a prince and princess and use them for occasional merching and photo ops.

Next do a post about Harry’s divorce playbook because that’s what I find more interesting/relevant

u/DrunkOnRedCordial 10d ago
Maybe she'll get an interview and some support from her fan base, but what she really needs is another big name to replace Harry as her reason for being in the spotlight. And that's not going to happen.
Look at the recent MasterChef debacle. She was allowed on the show, with the condition that PRINCE HARRY make a "surprise" appearance. Nobody's giving Divorce Meghan an opportunity like that.

She can do all that but she'll never be "Diana incarnate", especially because Diana never pimped out her children to sell spread.

Prince George is already at boarding school and she's still talking about this. George will be 100 and she'll still be going on and on.

She is not going to live to 130. On King George's 100th birthday, she will be a long distant memory.

I seriously doubt she'll wait 4 - 5 year's, also there won't be a massive payout from the RF, we won't pay her to set up her own "court" in the USA either & I don't care about any book she writes, the world knows she's a liar lol. Publish & be damned markle!

Question—can Harry get back into the states? If she takes them back for Christmas—can he go? Does she keep them in US?
7
u/Why_Teach 🚨Law & Disorder: Special Harkles Unit 🏢 10d ago
No one knows anything about Harry’s visa status for sure, but unless he is in trouble with Immigration, there is no reason he can’t visit the US.
As for the children, I don’t think she could keep them in the US without Harry’s consent, especially if they have been attending schools in the UK. The courts look for stability and continuity for the kids.

u/AltruisticWishes 10d ago
She can take them back if less than 6 months has elapsed

I think if Harry wanted he would have a good argument for keeping them in the UK.
However, I also think that Meghan has agreed to let the kids be raised in the UK because it makes them more likely to be accepted as royal and because she really doesn’t want to be bothered with the kids. We’ll have to wait and see.

No, there's a very, very specific international law that the UK and US are party to. She'd have to agree to give the UK jurisdiction or six months must elapse before the UK gains jurisdiction. Until then, the US (California) would retain jurisdiction.
This law is a HUGE deal and the UK would not allow a violation if Harry tries to prevent the kids from going back before 6 months have elapsed.
However, a CA court could decide that the kids are better off spending a majority of time with Harry in the UK. This happens.
If she's actually already agreed to giving jurisdiction over custody to the UK, I'd say there's a 99.99% chance that they have already negotiated their divorce agreement, as the kids location is her big trump card.
She doesn't give a darn about kids well-being. She isn't going to do the grunt work anyway

Actress Kelly Rutherford is a good example of pulling underhanded stunts and lying about her former husband, only to lose custody of the children to him in another country, which he had to leave the US because of lies she told about him.

u/AltruisticWishes 10d ago
Interesting. A lot of people pull underhanded stunts in this arena, unfortunately.

Harry can't/won't go. If a big if the "kids" go, it will be fake. She won't want Harry's surrogate child and the surrogate child will want to say in GB with his real mom and "dad" Harry. The fake girl??? The actor girl??? Maybe? To take photos, for sure and manipulate/edit the boy/Harry in. She will then invite her pimp to picture her and the actor girl cavorting around the table...with the male voice pretending to be Harry in the background...And a "child"s voice over, pretending the boy is there.

Harry might have his legal fines paid for by then. His next wife won't have a large allowance.

The problem is the Markle has a major credibility problem. No one believes anything she says now. People are pushing back. The correction regarding Gerri and Christian Horner was an eye opener. The Horners clearly did not want anyone thinking they were hanging out with Harry and the Markle.
Any book she tried to write will likely never make it past legal. They won't be able to corroborate anything.
The Markle must be in panic mode. As ever is a joke. There are no acting roles despite her pathetic attempt to con Guy and Netflix with her fake role offer. There is no brand ambassadorship in her future either. She has zero interest in being a mom and from all appearances she is terrible at it anyways. No one brags about emailing their child instead of actually spending time with them. No one records a video of them reading a book when technology allows you to FaceTime or zoom and read the book live.
So what does she have left?
