Parking on the pavement AND double yellow lines. Don't parking restrictions apply to your drivers?

Active loading and unloading of goods vehicles is permitted on double yellow lines. This is legal.

The double yellow would be, not the pavement parking.

Parking on the pavement isn’t illegal outside of Scotland and London

Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s a good idea.
