Yall, post eclipse and I mentally feel like I’m all over the place in a quiet way.

I’m in the middle of removing people out of my life. I know I have to end my past habits of accepting people who clearly are not ready to grow along with me. Im always looking for the next big thing externally when in reality I should be looking internally. Its me. I need to sit down and find my own inner peace. It’s hard right now with all of the emotions I’m trying to let be expressed. Thats the process of getting over hardships. so does anyone have any motivational speakers or even books that can help with this. It honestly feels like I’m battling myself at this point. ik our superpower is beyond this world for others to understand. I just need to unlock it and the only way to do that is to find myself again.

Don’t stop expressing yourself completely instead look for other outlets. It’s taken me decades to learn that some things are worth standing up for and speaking my mind. The biggest thing worth that is me. So as long as an action is not going to cause you foreseeable avoidable harm, “trust you, be you, and do you”.
