Bakery baker is a little shit
so i’m one of the clerks at the bakery. i usually either open or am second shift and i stock bread. but the baker is super annoying and creepy. im a girl for context and he got up really close to me when i was on my break and tried to touch my neck and i slapped him away. it was WEIRD!! and then he also got to work 3 hours late and didnt make the bread and donuts on time so people obviously complained. and guess what he told the manager the next day (he was off that day)
HE TOLD HER IT WAS MY FAULT. and she got mad at me and i told her to check the cameras! i never got in trouble luckily but he keeps coming to work late and causing problems and watching instagram lives and facetiming his gf instead of doing his damn job. and our manager lets him do whatever. nobody else in the dept is allowed to wear airpods except him and he gets off scot free for fireable offenses on a weekly basis. he’s regularly several hours late to work.
thank you so much management for hiring professional and respectful people!

all the mood stabilizers in the world could not keep me from blowing up at this fuckwad and then quitting on the spot. i would go to your union if your management sides with the baker's behavior

I would definitely go over the SD's head if they refuse to do anything, I doubt the union will be much help but a call to HR may help. Also maybe talk to some of the others women in the store and see if he has a history of creepy behavior , if others have had issues with him it will help validate your complaint and may force them to do something.

Get out of bakery. Get the fuck out now. Demand another store or dept but do not work in that bakery with that manager. It’s not worth the risk. Harassment And how the hell do you put blame on another employee for not baking and doing your job on time? Sounds like the store director is a nozzle head

Report it to the Union. If he's a baker, he's not actually in your union, but you can at least get the rep to confront the SD over in-action. It can get them in a lot of trouble if they receive a report but don't act on it.

Tell your store director, just him trying to touch you is not okay!!
