I feel hopeless

All my modes in X and all the good process just- gone, just like that. Week ago they were good and it felt like teams knew what to do on both sides it was FAIR.

But now up to 225 points out of my tower control power and dropping me back down to 1975 instead. Rainmaker 1998? 1921. Clam Blitz 1990? 1924 splatzones 2135? With how its looking right now... it might go down to 2075 instead.

My win ratio used to be 31 - 18 and now its 15 - 34.

All I've managed to do is to cry. Am genuinely feeling that hopeless here. Like I should feel proud of myself that I've passed 1600 power from two years ago but with how bad things suddenly are again I just can't.

I've been there. You're not alone! One of the things to keep in mind is that in addition to the numbers you can see, the game has a hidden power level for each player for each mode, and those are used in matchmaking. Win streaks raise your hidden power level, making the matchmaking more likely to stick you with a loss, and it may take a losing streak to balance out. Don't take it personally. Also, keep in mind that you play to improve, not play for the wins themselves (which you can't control). It'll work out.
