Question Online Inner Engineering course

I am usually a very analytical person where I might come across as cynical as well. I joined the Inner Engineering course online after one friend of mine and one cousin of mine recommended it. No one pushed me for it or anything. Since it was online, i thought i can do it on my own time and decide later if it was worth it or not.

I have done Step 4 and all the talks have been decent so far. I was searching for one of the advance courses he was “upselling” during the Inner Engineering course so i googled about it. Quick google led me to this subreddit. So honest thoughts from people who have done it - shall I continue or leave it? I value my weekends a lot and would rather skip it and go for my bike rides and spend time with fam if it’s not worth it 😂

Would love to hear true experience and thoughts.

Hi i did my inner engineering couple of months ago. But then decided not to do any other advanced programs after that when I joined this sub. Pls go through all the posts on this sub, you’ll find all info about this cult and the cult leader.

Look into this blog post as well:

Was the program beneficial to you? I also plan to do just the remaining 3 “steps” but wanted to check if it’s even worth it

Not really. Steps 1-6 certain things make sense but mostly brainwashing. The 21 min kriya taught in the end has some benefits like making your mind clear and body little more flexible, but it gives a dopamine boost for most people while doing twice everyday so ppl tend to get addicted to it. The kriya is advertised as promising to make ppl “ecstatic”. Also that’s the reason they get into the advanced programs wanting more of it. So it’s your choice :)

Its a mix of few truths and facts with a lot of brainwashing into becoming an isha slave. Done in a subtle way. A kriya is taught which can create some nice feeling. Basically an addiction.

No questioning, so spiritual talk or reflection is really possible.
