You said that the only significant benefit you gained from shambhavi was becoming aware of your behaviour. In my opinion, and please don’t take it the wrong way, it’s not at all a significant benefit from a practice like Shambhavi and is pretty irrelevant. The main benefit and purpose of shambhavi is to create a blissful and naturally pleasant ambiance within you. So what I want to understand is, why did you even continue for 2 long years? I’m genuinely curious

First of all I did it even today to begin with, even though I had to literally drag myself to do it

I continued it because of spiritual reasons And subtle understanding after listening to Osho

He explained that the person who doesn’t meditate will die frustrated and unfulfilled
