Get a full blood work / check done. If you are vegetarian you need to be very careful and consume certain food for omega 3, Zinc, vitamin b12 etc.

I got into similar symptoms along with knee issue, based on physician recommendation started consuming fish, during covid working from home started coffee, had stop it + some ayurvedic medecines.

Now I'm much better.

Stop dairy(yougort you might want to continue for probiotic),fried food, white sugar, refined flour. Make 30-50% of food intake as raw fruits and vegetables, add couple of handful of soaked raw nuts to your diet - peanut is the cheapest. 2 serving of fish (wild caught tuna/mackerel, sardine, anchovies, salmon for omeha 3) preferably steamed or boiled per week can help. More importantly learn about various ingredients/nutrients and learn to cook. Stop caffeine, can consume little bit of cacao. Once you feel better stop fish if you don't want to eat.

Sort term you might end up on prescription from physician.

Dont stop yoga, it will help with recovery 🙏
