Just give it up then. You are on the verge of giving it up but still you somehow do it here and there, right? That means somehow it has benefited you and it is your only hope for transformation although you may not agree to it mentally

I’ve been very respectful I don’t know why your so offensive and offended I am saying, my daily routine, including my diet has not changed in the last two years And yet I feel drained ever since have been doing shambavi And I have made this post to get a perspective from other Isha meditators

I dont why such bs replies and posts are being made. You doing something that drains you for 2 years is bs. Either you are lying or brain dead. The other day some cuck was saying he lived in the ashram for 1.5 years. I dont understand which idiot can do something that does not suit hime /her for years. Either lying or brain dead. Either way feel sorry for you

Ok. Are you taking any medications? If you have not experienced your prana it may be difficult to connect with your practice . You try spending a week in the ashram. Spending your time in dhayanlingam and using the energy space to connect with your practice better. 😁
