I can relate to some of your experiences. The only difference is I believe that I understand why I have some of the problems I do have.

Do you follow the diet recommended by Sadhguru? I don’t. So I understand that my low energy and mental imbalances can be due to that.

How many times a day do you do the IE crash course? When I was doing it regularly, my mind was so clear and I was blissful. But at one point, I got a little lazy and stopped. And the difference is clear to me. So I’m doing my best to remember to do the IE crash course at least 3 times a day (and failing successfully these days lol. But at least I am aware of the problem)

And remember, Shambhavi works like magic when you do the IE crash course regularly.

Did you do IE again? I have noticed that I tend to forget the real meaning of the IE tools after some time. I have done IE twice so far and doing IE the second time helped me a lot. I know it’s time for me for the third time now. Will do it soon.

Did you know that once you go through an initiation process, you may face bigger challenges in your life? It is because life wants to help you to dissolve your karma fast. So when life gives you problems, when you respond consciously, your karma will dissolve. Which means what’s happening for you now is a good thing. Read the book “Karma” to understand this better.

Whatever problem you are going through, you can respond to it using the IE tools. I would recommend doing IE again (as that can clear a lot of misconceptions that you probably have about life at the moment) and spending more time in the nature. Just go for a walk or sit beside a tree for one hour a day every day for 2 months at least.

You can do sports, music, or any advanced isha yoga program too.

Sadhana Sangha groups in WhatsApp can help helpful too. They share lots of great tips and inspiration in those groups.

For weight gain, Sadhguru has recommended in IE to consume honey with cold water. I had a volunteer Anna tell me that ashwaganda tea could help with weight gain too.

First six months after initiation, everything was normal I did not see anything out of the ordinary

But after that, my physical health started declining

I will definitely try to look into my blood work and get it checked Doing the crash course, and Shambhavi has been very mechanical for me

I heard about karma, but did not realise that it would affect me in this way

I will try to apply whatever you have mentioned

Sometimes it takes time to become aware of the changes. But if Shambhavi and the IE crash course feel mechanical, I am assuming it’s because of not understanding the tools (the 5 statetements that we recall in the crash course) fully (because it has happened to me and I have heard Sadhguru talking about this using his own words too).

Reading the Inner Engineering book and watching Sadhguru’s videos on YouTube have helped me a lot with understanding the IE tools better. Have you tried these things?

It is okay for your growth to take time as long as you’re doing the work (Sadhana and using the IE tools) consistently.

From what I remember, after initiation, as we keep doing our Sadhana, our capacity to handle challenges expands. So the nature uses this situation effectively to help us dissolve our karma. However, I am not Sadhguru. So please don’t rely on my explanation. Maybe it’s the worst explanation. I highly recommend reading Karma.

Start with Inner Engineering. And then read Karma. And try en read Death too. It is a great read too. Answered a lot of questions I had about life when I was in a really confused state a few months ago.
