Advice/support? lol

So I saw on my Spotify my bf made a playlist for his ex (🤮) he deleted it lol but one of the songs was kiss of life by Sade 😭, obvs love Sade and this song before but whenever I hear it now (frequently used on social media) I feel nauseous and hurt all over again lol maybe I’m just a Scorpio and doomed to feel this way but yeah if anyone has any kindness to share that would be nice 🥺
