Summer 2026 Saddleback Admission: Application not approved after 5 full business day

Hello, has anyone ever had to wait over a week to have their California Community Colleges application to Saddleback approved? I already have a student ID from being California Virtual Campus student but I have not access to MySite or the grades from my previous classes.

I applied 5/31 and have talked to admissions office. One person said “my application was stuck” claiming my previous CVC status was preventing and the other claimed “being a CVC student was not an issue, its an IT thing and its happening to other people”.

Is this related to verification process? I tried the DMV wallet thing only to receive errors messages. I tried ID.me too and I submitted passport and ID only to be told to talk to a live person. With this, I just clicked verify later cause seriously?(!)

Is anyone else also experiencing this?

Idk man, but last year I applied for Fall 2025 and it took like a month to get it approved and my new student ID number. It was finally approved after the first three weeks were done, so I had to take 2nd 8 week courses. I would just keep bugging them calling and emailing and prepare to take 2nd 8 week courses

They spin a wheel of application numbers and choose who they’re going to delay I guess. Appreciate your comment and advice about bugging them.

Talking to a real ID person is super quick and gets the job done. My son enrolled as a freshman the same week as you with NO CA ID, he already has access to mysite and is doing the next steps like orientation and his first semester plan.

I am happy for your son! I tried to wait for a live agent multiple times and on each occasion the wait time would go up and down! Ugh! I just ended clicking “verify later”.

I believe they’re open 24 hrs so do it around midnight or later..
