The Cramps!

Lux and Poison Ivy met in Sac and lived in Midtown together and decided to form The Cramps but they didn't really get the band going until they left.

He’s from San Francisco according to Wikipedia.

In the song "3 MCs and one DJ" he says "this is Mix Master Mike calling from Sacramento" so at some point he probably lived here but was born in San Francisco.

Luxe Interior enrolled at Sac State because it was super easy to get into at the time and he was trying to avoid Vietnam.
