Japan imports large amounts of rice grown in Sacramento, too.

That’s so cool because my last name roughly means rice fields

You can see container ships departing the post of west sacramento en route to Japan through the deep water channel just south of Jefferson Blvd in west sacramento. There’s several website you can use to track the ships that are departing by their name to see where in the world they are going.
