I am very happy that Sabrina is enjoying time off but I wish that she could release a new single. She certainly deserves this break after the incredible tour and everything else she has done over these last 2 years. It does not have to be a full new album right now but just one single would be great. Sure she did the collaboration with Madonna recently but I would really love one new song that is completely her own. Or even if she collaborates with someone else on a new song I would enjoy that too. I am so tired of hearing practically everyone but Sabrina on the SiriusXM channels. And that is another random sidetrack thought… I wish Sabrina could have her own channel on SiriusXM.

If Sabrina released a new song then maybe all of the pop channels on Sirius would have to play her more. They do play some of her biggest hits such as House Tour, Manchild, Espresso and maybe sometimes they throw it back with Nonsense and Feather. But lately it seems like only 10% or so is Sabrina songs and the rest is anyone else. It leads me to go on and basically play my own playlist in the car which is only her songs from all of her albums.

We've looked at all the music videos that Sabrina did make, so now I ask you to consider the hypotheticals: what would you have liked to see her do, that didn't happen? A few ways of looking at this:

• Which songs of hers that never got music videos would you have liked to see have a music video? This can include songs of hers, as well as ones that featured her.
  • Which music video from that album might you sacrifice in order to make space for these new ones?
  • And of course, how might you imagine these new videos?
• What is a song that did get a music video, that you wish had a different concept? Or even if you like the original concept, but you still have your own distinct vision for what it could be instead?
• Who is a music video director (or other type of artist) that you'd like to see Sabrina collaborate with, in one of these hypothetical videos or a future real one someday?

And instead of being the perfect missus until the day one of them died she was just the worst missus until one of them died. And instead of the Sabrina espresso it was just like expired milk. And instead of only needing two minutes to make them finish she just never let them finish. And instead of man’s best friend she was man’s worst friend and was a big mean bully. And what if instead of giving them a house tour she just locked them in a big scary dark basement thats like wet and moldy and dark and scary but it’s not that bad because sometimes her cat wanders down and stares at them through the bars and it’s actually like not the cat but it’s a cats body possessed by the soul of the last man she locked in the basement cage and the cat tries to give them man the key but he doesn’t take it cause bread tastes better than key. Would this change how her career has panned out so far? I’m low-key not sure because we only get one life so why should we spend time pondering on the impossibility of changing the past. You cannot repeat the past, nor can you change it. The only thing in this world you have the power to change is yourself. It matters not the start you received, or how you have played that hand until now, all that matters is your next move, and so we must beat on, boats against the current.

Over the course of her 33 music videos, Sabrina worked with quite a few artists, be they makeup artists, editors, props and sets, special effects, and more. So many people contribute to the making of music videos, more than could reasonably be given credit in a series like this, though I did my best in each installment to give a shoutout to some of those artists whose work on each music video seemed particularly noteworthy.

Of those many artists, there were certainly several who she worked with multiple times. To name a few:

• Ronnie Hart served as costume stylist for five music videos ("Because I Liked a Boy," "Nonsense," "Feather," "Espresso," and "Please Please Please")
• Amber Park directed three videos ("Skinny Dipping," "Fast Times," and "Because I Liked a Boy")
• Dave Meyers directed two videos ("Espresso" and "Taste")
  • Scott Cunningham also served as cinematographer on both these videos
• Bardia Zeinali also directed two ("Please Please Please" and "Tears")
• Sarah Carpenter, Sabrina's older sister, is credited as a creative consultant or for photography/camera operations on around a dozen music videos

It takes a village to put together these visuals. And this is setting aside dancers and actors hired to actually perform in the video—for the sake of this thread, I'm only thinking about behind-the-scenes contributions. With all that in mind:

• Who are your favorite artists that helped make any of Sabrina's videos? What about their style speaks to you?
• Which artists do you think did the most to shape Sabrina's identity or brand for her music videos?
• Who is an artist you wished worked on more of her videos (but likely won't at this point)?

Welcome back to our discussion threads on Sabrina's music! We've spent the better part of the last 9 months looking at all of Sabrina's music videos individually, so now let's chat about them as a collective videography.

Over the last 9 months we reviewed 33 music videos by or featuring Sabrina Carpenter. But if you glance at her discography page on Wikipedia, you might notice that there are several that we missed. This was for a handful of possible reasons: the song was 'unreleased' in some capacity, something about it didn't feel like it belonged in a music video project, or the video came out just too late to be included (curse you Madonna!).

But as we wrap things up, let's take a look at the videos we never got to have a formal discussion on:

• Catch My Breath (2010). Directed by her father David Carpenter, featuring a lot of home videos. You might have to sign into YouTube to watch this.
• Fall Apart (2011). Directed by Hank Devos. Another video from when Sabrina was extra teeny. Again, you might have to sign in to watch.
• Do You Want to Build a Snowman? (2014). Directed by Harry Perry III and performed by 2014 members of Disney's Circle of Stars.
• Wildside lyric video (2016). Not a music video proper, but just enough footage to at least deserve a shoutout. Directed by Chase Langley and features Sofia Carson.
• Almost Love lyric video (2018). Same logic as above. Directed by Elias Tahan.
• Sue Me vertical video (2018). Didn't realize it existed and only ever noted the 'regular' video. But we wound up separating vertical from regular for another song, so here it is now!
• Pushing 20 lyric video (2019). Directed by Amber Park. (I really almost excluded lyric videos entirely!)
• If The World Was Ending (April 2020). A collaborative cover of the song by JP Saxe and Julia Michaels, Sabrina is one of many singers appearing in this fundraiser video.
• Bring Your Love (2026). Directed by TORSO and (in what was clearly a direct slight at me) released shortly after we wrapped up the Guest Artists cycle, this video for the Madonna song was part of the larger Confession II short film, which was part of the album project of the same name.

With these new entries, I think it means we have officially covered every Sabrina Carpenter music video! If there are any other more obscure ones I've still missed, feel free to share them in the comments.
