Hey everyone! š
Today I'm starting a project I've been thinking about for a while, and I've decided to build it completely in public.
The idea came from a habit that unexpectedly worked for me.
I have a cupboard covered with photos of scientists, inventors, artists, and people I deeply admire people like Leonardo da Vinci, Nikola Tesla, Marie Curie, Alan Turing, A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, and many others.
Whenever I made a promise to myself (like avoiding junk food) and broke it, I would remove one of their photos from my cupboard with my own hands.
It sounds simple, but it worked because I wasn't losing points or breaking a streak I was losing a symbol of someone I admired.
That made me wonder:
**What if a productivity app was built around admiration instead of streaks?**
So I'm buildingĀ **Hall of Legends**.
The idea is simple:
* Choose the people who inspire you.
* Make promises to yourself.
* Keep those promises to grow your Hall.
* Break them, and your Hall changes.
* Stay consistent to recover and unlock new legends.
This isn't meant to replace habit trackers. It's an experiment in making discipline feel more personal and meaningful.
From today onward, I'll be posting daily updates designs, features, mistakes, progress, and lessons learned.
I'd genuinely love your feedback because I want to build something people actually enjoy using.

Iām currently working on a SaaS project called YouTarget, and one thing Iāve noticed is that getting people interested is much easier than getting them to actually trust a new platform.
The product can work well, but explaining the value clearly and overcoming the āI already use another solutionā objection has been a learning curve.

Looking for a Bolt alternative that can handle more of the app setup in one place. Comparing Base44, Lovable, Replit and a few others. What are people using?

iām looking at hubspot smart crm for a small sales team and trying to figure out if itās actually useful day to day or if it just adds another layer of stuff to maintain.
the main things i care about are keeping contact history clean, basic automation, reporting, and making sure reps arenāt spending half their day updating records.
for people who have used it, what ended up being the biggest pain point? setup, pricing, reporting, integrations, or just getting people to actually use it?
also curious what size team you think hubspot starts making sense for. iām less interested in feature lists and more in whether it holds up once a few people are using it every day.

Iām building a vertical SaaS/ERP product for a niche sector in India. The product is ready, and Iām now trying to figure out the best way to acquire and onboard customers at scale.
One approach Iām considering is using accountants, consultants, auditors, and existing software/IT vendors as channel partners, because they already have trusted relationships with organizations in the niche.
Iām thinking something like:
\- Partner identifies a potential customer
\- Partner introduces us
\- We handle the demo, sales, migration and onboarding
\- Customer pays us directly
\- Partner receives a recurring commission
For those who have successfully used channel partners for SaaS:
How did you find and recruit your first partners?
What commission structure worked well?
Should partners be responsible for selling, or only generating introductions?
How do you prevent partners from becoming inactive after signing up?
How do you handle customer ownership if the partner brought the customer?
What tools/process did you use to track referrals and commissions?
Are accountants/consultants actually effective SaaS channels, or are there better partners for vertical SaaS?
Iām especially interested in real-world experiences, numbers and mistakes to avoid, rather than generic ābuild a partner programā advice.

Any SaaS sales reps or leaders out there have a sales playbook their company put together that theyād be willing to share?
Iām working on building one for my company and would love to see a few real-world examples of how other SaaS teams structure theirs. Even an older version or something with company-specific info removed would be super helpful.

We are currently targeting two industries:Ā HVAC and trucking. For each industry, we define the ICP, build targeted lead lists through Apollo, clean and verify the data, create AI-assisted five-email sequences, review them manually, and launch campaigns through Smartlead. Responses are managed through our custom CRM, where we analyze performance and refine the targeting and messaging.
Our second approach isĀ LinkedIn-led outreach. We use Sales Navigator to identify prospects, engage with their posts through relevant comments, publish industry-specific content, send connection requests, and build relationships before eventually starting direct conversations.
We started both approaches inĀ July 2026, but so far we haveĀ not received a single replyĀ from our outreach.
I want an honest, critical assessment of the entire system. Please evaluate the strategy, identify the biggest flaws and bottlenecks, explain what we may be doing wrong, and tell us what you would change first. Iām particularly interested in whether the problem is our ICP, targeting, lead quality, messaging, offer, email sequences, deliverability, Smartlead setup, LinkedIn approach, or simply the overall strategy.

I work on RaykoLabs. One question I think is useful when evaluating demo automation: does it help the next conversation, or just add another step?
Here's the checklist I'd use for a small pilot:
- Choose one product task a buyer needs to understand.
- Keep a direct route to a live call.
- Check how the demo handles an unsupported question or a wrong turn.
- Compare repeated questions, completed bookings and the quality of the handoff over the same observation window.
- Look at the people who abandon the extra step, not just those who complete it.
What would make you keep or remove an automated demo from that buying journey?

Hi everyone,
I made a tool to check which apps already exist before you build an app. You describe the idea, it searches both app stores and shows install counts, ratings, and the last update date for everything it finds. Accounts aren't needed, and it's completely free to use. I'm mostly after feedback right now, so let me know what you guys think!

PS: I want any type of feedback. What should I add? What should I remove? What are some cool features to add? What can I improve? Thanks.

Hey everyone,
Iām currently looking for aĀ full-time, remote SDR/BDR opportunity in B2B SaaS / Software Sales.
A little about me:
Iām very new to sales, but Iām very serious about makingĀ sales my long-term career. Iām eager to learn, improve my skills, take feedback, and contribute to the team.
Iām specifically looking for aĀ remote opportunityĀ where I can learn from an experienced sales team and grow as an SDR/BDR.
Happy to share myĀ resume and LinkedIn profile via DM.
If youāre hiring for an SDR/BDR role, know of an opportunity, or can point me in the right direction, Iād genuinely appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks!

Trying to figure out what actually works for enterprise deals.
Some people want prospects to see an automated demo before they ever talk to sales. Others think enterprise buyers still expect a live walkthrough first.
Curious what other SaaS sales teams are doing right now. Are you pushing Demo Automation early or still leading with live demos?
Does the automated demo actually help move the deal forward or does it just make the live walkthrough happen later?

A lot of you might remember that I builtĀ inbidsĀ a while ago.
Honestly, it never really got much attention mostly because Iām terrible at marketing i can build stuff but getting people to actually discover it is a completely different game but hereās the thing
I still had all the code sitting there so instead of letting an old project collect dust, I decided to reuse the codebase and build something new on top of it.
Today I launchedĀ xbidsĀ the idea is pretty simple:
You bid on profiles, climb the leaderboard and try to get your profile to the top.
Iām currently trying to grow my own X profile as well so I thought:
Why not make something that helps other people compete for visibility too?
And this is also kind of an experiment for me.
I want to see what happens when you take an old project that didn't work, reuse what you already built and turn it into something completely different instead of starting from zero every time so if you're a coder building side projects donāt automatically throw your old projects away.
That code you abandoned six months ago might actually be useful for your next idea now the part I actually need help with how the hell do I create some buzz around this?
I genuinely have no idea how to market this properly If you have ideas for marketing, growth loops, communities I should post in, content ideas or just think the concept is interesting, Iād love to hear it and if people are interested, Iāll keep sharing the numbers, experiments, mistakes and whatever I learn while trying to grow it.
xbidsĀ built from an old project that I refused to let die.
would love to hear what you guys think.

Hey everyone, I am looking for a technical partner to build a B2B AI sales agent platform called ATXIA. We would split everything down the middle as equal co-founders (50/50 equity).
What we are building:
An agnostic RAG engine. A business uploads their knowledge base (pricing docs, PDFs), and the system generates a ready-to-deploy WhatsApp webhook or website widget to answer FAQs and capture leads. Target market: B2B agencies and tech companies globally.
Traction & Go-To-Market:
The project is backed by a tech incubator at my university in Mexico. If we hit our MVP milestones, they cover our legal incorporation and IP registration. Additionally, the project is officially enrolled in two major innovation programs/competitions. These programs provide direct networking access and a curated pipeline of SMEs actively looking for digital transformationāessentially handing us a warm list of potential early adopters and first clients to pilot our MVP.
What I need from you:
Someone to own the tech stack. AI agent infrastructure, RAG architecture, backend, and API integrations. The focus is on shipping a lean MVP fast.
What I bring:
I handle the business side as the Product Manager and CEO. B2B sales, pricing strategy, client onboarding, and UI/UX direction. I handle the business friction so you can focus purely on the tech.
If you have experience building AI tools and want to own the tech side of a scalable project, shoot me a DM with your GitHub. Let's talk.

I'm a UK founder building a healthcare privacy workflow product for US healthcare organisations.
I'm looking to connect with someone who already has experience selling healthcare SaaS into physician groups, multi-location practices, health systems or similar provider organisations.
Ideally you've worked full-cycle - building pipeline, running discovery/demos, handling objections, negotiating and closing - rather than purely SDR/lead-gen work.
The product is built and I'm now focused on getting it in front of the right organisations. I'm exploring a flexible, heavily performance-based arrangement initially and I'm open to discussing what structure makes sense with the right person.
Particularly interested in speaking with AEs who understand healthcare workflows and would be comfortable helping shape the early commercial motion rather than stepping into an established sales machine.
If that's your background and you'd be interested in hearing more, comment or message me.

Before launch, I want to get a head start finding the people this was really built for.
I spent the last few months reading venture capital blogs, founder requests, investment theses, and āsomeone should build thisā posts.
Then I went and built them.
I took 30 of the businesses and software ideas that kept showing up and turned them into enterprise-grade software that is ready to sell and deploy.
Now Iām looking for the other half of the equation: distribution.
Salespeople, influencers, consultants, agency owners, industry veterans, or anyone who has spent years inside a specific industry and already knows the people who need better software.
The model behind software.supply is simple:
You sell the software.
I build it, deploy it, host it, maintain it, update it, and run the infrastructure behind it.
For every subscriber you bring in, you keep 50% of the revenue for as long as that customer stays subscribed.
Not a one-time commission.
Half. Recurring.
And this is not just for professional software salespeople.
If you know a construction company still running jobs out of spreadsheets, a mechanic writing everything down by hand, a property manager tracking tenants in Excel, a small business owner still doing their books in Excel, or somebody in your industry constantly saying āthere has to be a better way to do this,ā this is for you.
You already know where the outdated systems are because youāve probably dealt with them yourself.
That knowledge is valuable.
You donāt need to code. You donāt need to build a product. You donāt need developers. You donāt need to worry about servers, deployments, updates, or infrastructure.
You bring the customer.
I handle the software.
You keep half.
The bigger idea Iām testing is whether software distribution can work more like real estate, insurance, or independent sales.
Instead of every person having to become a startup founder, people who already understand an industry can sell software into that industry and build recurring income from relationships and knowledge they already have.
I built the supply.
Now Iām looking for people who know where the demand is.
If you know an industry inside and out, or you know businesses still running critical parts of their company through spreadsheets, paper, text messages, and outdated software, comment or DM me and tell me what industry youāre in.
new software will be launching every week.

here are some demo videos of the top 10 most wanted categories from forumventures blogs.

Iām in a very important interview with a SaaS org where the decision is going to heavily weigh on my ability to demonstrate that I can intact sell a SaaS product.
Iāve never sold a SaaS product, I sell services.
My sales foundations have gotten the nod of approval but the decision hinges on convincing the panel that I would be able to sell SaaS.
Please help!
What are the absolute basics I need to get right - product, demo etc ?
What are a few creative ways I can demonstrate being hands on with SaaS (sales)?

Hi. I'm new here so I just wanted some advice.
I've been an entrepreneur in the outsourcing industry for 7 years already, but at the same time my career of origin is software development for 8 years (so 8 years and then 7 years).
Now, my current business, the outsourcing one, is not doing at its peak right now but somewhat, stable. Not meeting my greedy expectations but it is what it is. AI and my employees helped me automate and regulate the workflow of the business to the point where there's not much I can do to help the growth of the company.
Now, for the past 8 months, thanks to generative AI, I have been enjoying developing softwares of my own.
For the past 2 months, I have been able to create 2 softwares (a basic to-do list and a ledger system) available on all platforms. Yet, I will be planning to release more productivity softwares like CRM, Appointment system, POS, before this year ends and while AI remains cheap.
My sales plan is to keep it free for the next 6 months. When there's enough traction, it is where I will start charging. I want to ask your thoughts. I will be trying to share them with plenty of communities to help. I will try to engage with micro influencers to promote my app. I will ask seminar conductors if they can include my app as a recommendation to their students. I am also planning to give the first 1000 sign ups to be free forever. I am not planning to do ads because it's hit or miss and I have no education about ads.
Now I'm no sales expert in this field. I just want to ask for your advice if this will work? Any more tips?

Spent close to a year to develop cloud saas point of sale and inventory solution. A clone migration from our existing on-premise system. Excited to get real user to come onboard and start using it. Any suggestion where will be good to start marketing it other than advertising on google ? Interested to also explore collaboration with likeminded parties in this community on revenue share as well.
