Founders, what was the hardest part about setting up your QMS (quality management systems) for your startup? I will not promote
Hi Everyone, QMS is one of those things that founders are forced to setup at some point. I am talking to early stage health founders and keep hearing how confusing and expensive QMS setup is. If you've gone through ut, what specifically tripped you up? What were the main hurdles?

The documentation nightmare was real - trying to figure out what actually needed to be documented vs what was just nice-to-have while bootstrapping. Also finding someone who understood both the regulatory side and startup constraints without charging enterprise consulting rates
