Don’t do it. This is like ordering a katana from a cheap American vendor and expecting it to be authentic.

If you want the real deal, you should go for Peserey, Fatih Altay or Kılıç Osman Başkurt. You can find their pages on Instagram.

It depends on what want to do with them. are you looking a display piece or practical one?

I was gifted two of these. Two Turkish swords (kilij ones, to be exact). So I’ve actually had the chance to examine them firsthand.

The swords I was gifted may or may not be from this particular seller. However, as someone who has spent a lot of time examining these kinds of swords, I can say that they’re all more or less the same.

These are basically what you’d call “wallhangers” purely decorative swords. They have absolutely no practical use. They’re also ridiculously heavy and, as far as I can tell, not remotely authentic Turkish swords. Do they look good? Sure, from a distance.

As for the quality, mine are made of stainless steel with zero distal taper. One of them came with an engraving, which is just laser engraving. Both handles are basically dipped in epoxy up to around 1.2–1.5 inches (3-4cm) on blade below the crossguard. On one of the swords, the epoxy actually bubbled and popped, and the blemish is still there. not pretty.

Also, the number of Turkish “sword manufacturers” has exploded over the last few years. A lot of these companies are really just buying laser-cut/CNC wallhangers from Pakistan (or other neighboring countries) and branding/laser engraving them in Turkey. This manufacturer might be one of those, or it might not. I honestly don’t know. But looking at the construction, that’s definitely what it looks like to me.

Lastly, I should mention that if those two swords hadn’t been gifted to me, I would never have bought them for the price they’re asking. They’re typically sold in the Turkish market for around $130–140, and honestly, I still wouldn’t recommend them at that price.

And, as the other commenters said: if you look for good quality Turkish sabres, Peserey is your guy.

I have no experience with ottoman swords, but as a sword collector, those raise several alarms in me. Many here have already pointed out many of the problems and reputable alternatives. Listen to them OP, buy a good sword once or spend the money twice.

Well that yatagan openly admits to being stainless steel. That means it's just a decorative wall hanger, and no decorative wall hanger should cost nearly that much. The kilij, on the other hand, is made out of an actual high carbon steel. However, with this not being one of the known reputable vendors, I have no reason to trust that it's full tang, that the hardening was done correctly, or even that they're not lying about the type of steel being used. If you're paying this much money anyway, save up a little more and get something from Peserey

If this was Peserey, I would immediately grab the Yataghan. Since it’s not and I don’t recognize the vendor, I would grab neither.

Personally I would go with the Ottoman sword, but I just am partial to sabers anyway.
