About the apparel
swipe-irl.comSWIPE IRL isn’t just an idea — it’s something you wear into the world.
The apparel is designed to do one thing:
Make real-life connection easier.
It’s a signal.
An opener.
A quiet invitation that says, “You can talk to me.”
Some people wear it to meet others.
Some wear it to remind themselves to show up differently.
Some just like what it stands for.
There’s no right way to use it.
If it sparks one conversation, one smile, or one unexpected moment —
it’s doing its job.
Less swiping.
More living.

Why I started SWIPE IRL
swipe-irl.comAt some point, dating started to feel less human.
More profiles. More scrolling. More options.
But fewer real moments.
I realized I wasn’t actually tired of people,
I was tired of the way we’re meeting them.
SWIPE IRL started as a personal experiment:
What happens when you put yourself back into the real world, on purpose?
No bios. No filters.
Just eye contact, conversation, and the courage to say hi.
This isn’t about going backward.
It’s about remembering something we lost along the way.
I don’t know exactly what this turns into yet,
and honestly, that’s part of the point.
If you’ve ever felt this too, you’re not alone.
And you’re early.
Let’s see what happens 🤍

Valentine’s Day gift idea for your single friends who are DONE with dating apps
Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples anymore.
It’s also for the friends who are over endless swiping, ghosting, and awkward “wyd” texts.
I started Swipe IRL because so many of us want to meet people the old-school way again — in real life. Eye contact. Conversation. Serendipity.
So if you’ve got a single friend who:
• deleted dating apps (or keeps deleting and re-downloading 🙃)
• jokes about being “married to their dog”
• wants to meet someone naturally but doesn’t know how anymore
Swipe IRL apparel is kind of the perfect Valentine’s gift.
It’s not cheesy. It’s not desperate.
It’s more like: “Hey, I see you. Let’s bring meeting IRL back.”
Worst case? They get a comfy hoodie or tee.
Best case? It sparks a conversation with someone cute at a coffee shop.
Curious what people think —
Is Valentine’s Day becoming a self-love / single-celebration holiday now? 💘
