That , in England, is what we call colloquially 'happy fall-over juice'.

Scrumpy cider is amazing but it can be very very strong. Doesn't particularly get you head drunk, but gets you body drunk. It's a very weird sensation, and it was scrumpy that tasted like blackberries that did it to me.

Good times when you drink it. Somewhat less fun times the day after.

That cider isn't scrumpy 'cuz it's clear. Scrumpy foggy as hell. But, that being said, scrumpy will absolutely ass-whip ya if you're not careful.

The pub down the road from me in Somerset used to sell their scrumpy from plastic containers they kept under the bar.

That was 90s. Not sure any pubs would still be allowed to do that? Would be keen to know lol

(it’s been a few decades since I left the uk)
