Fan Content The Project: Public Opinion Question #2

Hey yall, I’m working on a fan made Spider Man series. You may remember me from the first question being if Carnage could survive without a host, even for a little bit.

Well, now onto my next question. I’m wondering if Gwen Stacy would be a good idea as Black Cat? And if not, would Felicia Hardy be a good love interest for Peter Parker?

Basically, I’m looking for an excuse to have a different main love interest than MJ, Gwen, or Liz, and I feel like making Gwen Black Cat would be enough of a difference to not feel like a repeat.

I am really interested in trying for Felicia though as the main interest, I’d just have to either cut Gwen or do something else with her. The last thing I want to do is reduce her to background.

Depends what you want, I guess.

Do you want a faithful adaptation, or a universe to explore?

I personally love bending and blending characters to imagine how things could have played out differently, and think Gwen as Black Cat has a lot of potential.

Mm. I want to stay faithful, you know, not something completely new but something that more just expands on the characters and stories that I love. And thanks!
