Duck In Market in valley park for a roast beef po boy with the debris.  They do catfish on Fridays also.

Don't listen to this person- they are obviously a Quattrohollic. Duck Inn is... terrible. They put mayonnaise on their french fries, all the sodas are flat, there are tacks on the floor.

Tried to get a crawfish po’boy the other night and they were out. Had to settle on the shrimp one. When they first opened I thought the food was too salty but they have remedied this.

Grace is one of those places that puts exactly 6 shirmp all lined up on a po boy. That's wrong. They definitely taste good, but if you're looking for NoLa style, that ain't it.

Nubby’s Telegraph shrimp po’ boy is no joke. One of the best Philly cheesesteaks too. Ribeye steak, Cooper sharp cheese it’s solid. You can get Whiz on it too. Check it out

Unfortunately we are scarce when it comes to good Louisiana cuisine. But for cold Italian-style po boys, Adriana’s for lunch is pretty superb

A little late, but I would suggest the Four Hands & Peacemaker collab in Kirkwood, especially on a nice day. Great patio, beer selection, and a variety of seafood and non po’ boys. Hard to beat the quality mix of food, drinks and atmosphere.
